We ship the next working day after your order is placed (or after the public holiday if the next day is one). West Malaysia takes 2–7 days. East Malaysia takes up to 2 weeks. All orders are sent by courier and you receive a tracking number after purchase.

7 days from the date you receive your parcel. We offer a 7-day free door-to-door exchange for items with a manufacturing defect or that do not suit you, provided the product is in the exact same condition with its original packaging and subject to availability.

Used empty bottles, opened bottles, and sales or promotional items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Free gifts are not applicable for cash refund, voucher or exchange.

The Complete 5-Step Ritual follows your day: in the shower use the Microbiome Balancing Shampoo then the Hair Repair Mask; after the shower use the Microbiome Root Repair Serum; anytime use the Microbiome Frizz Defense Serum and the Microbiome Odour Defense Mist.

The AuraBiome range is formulated in France, alcohol-free and suitable for all hair types.

Shipping is free for West Malaysia. For East Malaysia a courier charge applies: RM6 per single product and RM10 per ritual set.
